Website & Service Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Atlas Core Technologies ("A.C.T.", "Atlas", "we", "us"), and to enquiries and applications submitted through it. By using the site you accept these terms.

Submitting an enquiry or application does not create a contract. The reference number you receive confirms that we received your submission — nothing more. It does not constitute:

• an accepted order;
• a quotation;
• a confirmed price;
• confirmed transport capacity;
• confirmed product availability;
• guaranteed delivery; or
• a guaranteed transit time.

Formal commercial obligations arise only once a written quotation has been issued and accepted, or a written agreement has been concluded.

Any quotation will be issued in writing, will state its own validity period and conditions, and may be subject to change if requirements, exchange rates, supplier prices, carrier rates, regulations or other circumstances change before acceptance.

We may source goods from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Product availability, specifications, pricing and lead times depend on those suppliers and are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement.

We accept enquiries for road freight, rail freight, air cargo, sea freight and multimodal movements. These services are coordinated through our logistics network of third-party carriers, freight forwarders and service providers. Atlas does not own aircraft, vessels, trains, ports, warehouses or transport fleets.

Availability of any service depends on the route, cargo type, applicable regulations and service-provider capacity. Countries and markets named on the website are examples of where Atlas coordinates work, not fixed routes or guaranteed capacity; each country, route and mode is considered individually.

You are responsible for giving accurate and complete information about goods and cargo, including description, weight, dimensions, value, packaging and any hazardous or special-handling requirements. Inaccurate information may affect pricing, availability, compliance and liability, and may lead to delays or additional charges.

We will not source or move goods that are illegal, and restricted, dangerous or regulated goods may require permits, licences or specialist handling. We may decline any request at our discretion.

Unless a written quotation or agreement states otherwise, customs duties, taxes, levies, inspection fees and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance may be supported through licensed third parties.

Any transit or delivery time we mention is an estimate only. Actual times depend on carriers, border and port procedures, weather, regulations and other factors outside our control.

Cargo insurance is not included unless expressly agreed in writing. Where requested, we may help arrange cover through third-party providers, subject to their terms.

Submitting a supplier or partnership application does not make you an approved supplier or partner, and does not guarantee any business. Applications are reviewed privately, and we never describe applicants as verified unless a review has been completed.

If you create an Atlas account, you must give accurate details and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Adding an organisation to your account does not mean Atlas has verified, approved or endorsed that organisation, and you must be authorised to represent it. An account or any membership plan never gives access to Atlas staff systems. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or give false information.

Marketplace. Buyers may post requirements and suppliers may submit profiles. Atlas reviews each before it appears publicly. Approval of a supplier profile is not verification or endorsement, and business verification, supplier approval and membership are separate. Supplier responses are shown without identities, and Atlas decides whether and when to make an introduction. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and any agreement you enter.

Membership and Atlas Platinum. Membership plans are applied for and approved by Atlas; applying does not activate a plan. Platinum applicants are screened, and any offer is valid for 48 hours from when Atlas issues it. A Platinum membership is a 12-month term, paid either annually or in 12 monthly instalments towards that term (not a month-to-month membership). There is currently no online payment: Atlas confirms payments offline, and a membership becomes active only after Atlas confirms the required payment. Introductory discounts apply only where stated and are not promised at renewal. Platinum is not an investment order, a securities subscription, a commitment of capital or an investment recommendation. Atlas does not sell securities, give investment advice, hold or pool funds, or guarantee any investment, return, project or tender. Any introduction to an opportunity is subject to independent due diligence, eligibility, applicable law and separate agreements.

Atlas Travel requests are enquiries. An ACT-TRV reference confirms receipt only — it is not a booking, flight, hotel, price, meeting, visa or security confirmation. Published package and destination prices are “From” starting prices for planning only; the final price is set out in a tailored quotation and depends on departure city, dates, season, airfare, accommodation, travellers, activities, transport, visas, introductions, security and special requests. A trip proceeds only after you accept a quotation and the separate booking and payment process is completed. Atlas does not offer instant booking or online payment for travel.

Travel is coordinated through available travel, hospitality, aviation, security and destination partners. Atlas does not own or operate aircraft, hotels, safari lodges, vehicles, vessels or security companies, and services provided by those parties are subject to their own terms. Private aviation is quoted separately and arranged only through appropriately authorised charter operators or brokers; availability is not guaranteed. Security services are quoted following destination and risk assessment and coordinated through appropriately qualified providers where required.

Travellers remain responsible for meeting passport, visa, health and destination-entry requirements unless specific assistance is included in the confirmed service. Atlas may coordinate visa-support services where legally available but does not guarantee approval.

Business Discovery and private business and investment introductions are curated, facilitated introductions subject to availability, suitability, independent due diligence and applicable law. Atlas does not guarantee meetings, deals, contracts, investors, suppliers, partnerships, government access, transactions or investment outcomes, and does not sell securities, manage or hold investments, provide regulated investment advice or execute securities transactions.

You must not use this website or its forms for unlawful purposes, to submit false or misleading information, to send spam, or to interfere with the site's security or operation, including through automated abuse.

The Atlas name, branding, website design, text and artwork belong to Atlas or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance and describes services we offer or are developing. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content.

Transaction-specific commercial terms, and the law that governs them, may be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement. Corporate and jurisdiction details for these website terms will be updated once available.
